Can you order a 2025 Ford Mustang GTD at McFarland Ford?

Published on Aug 10, 2024 by McFarland Ford Creative Team

If you’re a Mustang enthusiast, then you might be interested in the absolutely incredible – and incredibly limited – 2025 Ford Mustang GTD. The GTD was inspired by the GT3, the racetrack-only version of the Ford Mustang. In other words, it was designed to be the quickest street-legal Ford Mustang ever built. However, as we mentioned, it’s an incredibly limited-edition vehicle. As of now, it is said that the GTD will be built for 2025 and 2026, with 300 to 700 units being built each year. With the popularity of the Ford Mustang and such limited numbers, there’s no guarantee that you will be among the people chosen to receive a 2025 Ford Mustang GTD, but we can certainly help you apply to custom order one right here at McFarland Ford.

“Many sports cars excel at one thing. But for a car to set a quick lap at the Nürburgring, it needs to be great at everything. Cornering, grip, braking, acceleration, there’s not a single area where it can’t shine. From the lightweight carbon fiber body on every GTD to the active aerodynamics of the Performance package, we’ve learned from motorsport how to make the Mustang GTD excel everywhere, all in the quest for a sub-seven-minute lap of the Nürburgring.”

Additional Highlighted Features & Tech

We’ve highlighted many of the exciting performance features found in the Mustang GTD, but there are still plenty of additional things that might not apply directly to the vehicle’s mechanical systems but are just as exciting. For example, the supercar’s semi-active suspension and hydraulic control system comes with a Track Mode, which will automatically lower the vehicle almost 40mm so that you can drive around a racetrack at the same height as the pros do in competitions.

You also still want to have some of the modern amenities we’ve come to expect from a vehicle, such as a cockpit focused on the driver and packed full of digital features. In the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD, you’ll have a 12.4” digital instrument cluster as well as a 13.2” infotainment display. Both screen’s feature graphics from the incredible Unreal gaming engine and allow plenty of customization and connectivity features; including SYNC 4, which offers voice recognition, one-step destination search, music streaming, wireless phone connectivity and more.

If you think you might be interested in a 2025 Ford Mustang GTD of your own, you’ll want to get in touch with us as soon as you can to see if it’s still possible to apply. We’d love to see you driving around this extremely limited edition vehicle around the streets of Exeter, so don’t hesitate to give us a call.
